Unfortunately, HOURCAR (the operator of Evie Carshare) is not responsible for lost or abandoned items. Under Federal Law, after 90 days any unclaimed items are considered abandoned and will be donated, disposed of, or recycled. Hazardous materials or materials that expire before 90 days will be disposed of immediately.
