Go with Voyager if you’re driving more than a couple miles, or you don’t want to calculate how far you’re going. Choose Neighborhood if you only need the car for short errands in your, well, neighborhood (see where it got its name?). Are you a student or U of M Faculty/Staff, click here!
To get wonky, the break-even point between the plans is 5 miles driven per hour (if you average more than 5 miles per hour choose Voyager, less than 5 go with Neighborhood).

All fees are nonrefundable. Rates subject to 17.075% tax in Saint Paul and 17.225% in Minneapolis. Includes: city sales (.5%) state sales (6.875%), Transit Improvement Sales and Use (.5%) and motor vehicle rental (9.2%) taxes in addition to (.15% in Hennepin County).
