To get interpretation services on your next call with Member Services, simply state “I need an interpreter for [language]” or speak in your native language. Our team will then patch in interpretation services so we can provide the best service possible.
Additionally, our HOURCAR and Evie Carshare websites have been updated to include a Google Translate function to assist as well.
We understand many languages are primarily spoken with limited written translation assistance, so if help is needed, do not hesitate to call us in lieu of website translation.
