Hilton is Chief of Staff at Anza Renewables, a Bay Area clean energy procurement services and technology company. His career has centered on strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, and rigorous analysis of technology businesses across investment firms, startups, public companies, and the U.S. federal government.

He caught the clean energy bug 20 years ago tinkering with solar panels in his garage, and has since worked across nearly every part of the EV value chain – investing in battery technology and materials at Energy Impact Partners, supporting EV manufacturing and lithium-ion supply chains at Tesla, and helping allocate $39B to re-shore semiconductor manufacturing through the CHIPS for America Program. He holds an MBA and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Harvard University.

In his free time, Hilton enjoys pickup basketball, tinkering with Raspberry Pis, sci-fi novels, and indie video games.
