Being a part of our community has never meant more for us. We work, live, and play here, and work hard to be one of the best transportation organizations in the Twin Cities.
In January 2021, we announced an entirely new rate structure to our trip costs, making us more affordable for more people. In November 2021, we launched the Access Plan, designed to make our service even more affordable for low-income community members by offering self-certification during registration, standard PLUS benefits, and our lowest rates available.

The report includes sections on process, major findings, and recommendations.
In 2024, HOURCAR participated in over 70 events across the Twin Cities. While at events, we provide information about our carshare services, answer questions, and often share Drive Credit. Check out our calendar of upcoming events at eviecarshare.com/events.
